Q: What is Customer Trusted and what does it do?


A: Customer Trusted is a 3rd party verification company that markets companies and brands to show consumers they are a trusted and reliable company. 


Q: How does Customer Trusted determine if a company if qualified to be trusted?

A: We utilize the companies application provided and our proprietary service to approve and monitor a companies business and social footprint. This includes and is not limited to a companies background, URL status and security, City, State and/ or Federal licensing, customer feedback, reviews and more.  


Q: Can we utilize the Customer Trusted logo on our phsyical products?

A:  Unfortunately, no. However, you are welcome to use the Customer Trusted logo as an active licensee on your company website, social media, company vehicles, clothing, advertising, and mailers.

Q: Is our Customer Trusted verification fee considered a necessary business expense by the IRS and is it 100% tax-deductible?

 

A:  Yes, your Customer trusted license fee is tax deductible as a business expense and can be reported directly on a business tax return under the category of business expenses. Please consult your financial advisor.

Q: Can Customer Trusted help us with other needs such as marketing, logos and websites?

 

A:  Yes, we have a seperate marketing division that can absolutely help you with those needs.
